WP_Petitions is a Wordpress plugin and widget for creating and managing Petitions on your blog.

Setup Instructions
Extract the petition plugin to your wp-content/pluging directory. Then active the plugin, and widget if using the widget architecture. Next login to your admin page and click on the “Manage” link then on the “Petitions” link.

Todo List
-Need to allow editing of indiviudal entries.
-Code cleanup

Notes
It would be pretty easy to use this as a Guestbook too. Has most of the same type of content available.
