OG-Cal
OG-Cal is an Addin for Microsoft Outlook 2003 that pushes new and updated Outlook Calendar entries to your Google Calendar.

Setup Instructions
-Download version 2006-10-02 of the OG-Cal Addin
-You first must have the .Net framework 2.x installed, you can download it from here
-You will also need to install these Microsoft Libraries (vstor.ext - Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime) and (O2003PIA.EXE - Microsoft Office Primary Interop Assemblies Redistributable) both are included in the download (if you have Visual Studio 2005 installed you may not need to install these)
-Then run the OG-Cal installer OG-Cal-OutlookAddinSetup.msi
-Start or Restart Outlook 2003
-Configure your Google Account Information
–Tools -> OG-Cal -> OG-Cal Configuration
–Enter your credentials and save

-Publish to a specified Gooogle Calendar (not just your main one)
-Sync Both ways
-Add option to import all
Notes
I have seen instances where Outlook does not raise create/update/delete events when they happen. There are several know cases on the MSDN website with no explanation on how to fix them other than restarting Outlook.
